Once the order's payment is confirmed, it will be processed to shipment automatically. So it will be hard to change any orders after payment.

If you have made mistake during the checkout, please send us an email to hello@thedewology.com with your order number and put title as "Cancellation" as soon as possible. We will try to help you out! 

Yes we do! We have gift cards valued from $10 to $500.

-No expiration date

- Once purchased, email will be sent to your email address so you can personally gift to your loved ones.

As soon as you create an account with us, you are our Dewology Member! We will be sending member's only discount codes and promotions to your inbox and only YOU will be able to use it. 

Q. Does points expire? 

- No! It is yours FOREVER.

Q. How do you earn Dew Points?

-Every $1 spent, you get 1 points (excluding tax and shipping charges). And every 150 points, you will be able to redeem $5.

-When you sign up, you automatically get 100 points.

-On your birthday, you get 150 dew points and you can use whenever you want. 

-When you follow us in Instagram : 50 dew points

Q. Do I get referral reward if I refer my friends and family?

- Of course! We love spreading our love to friends and families. Once you refer, you and your friend and family will each get $15 off coupon through your e-mail.

First of all, we are so sorry for letting this happened. Dewology is all about providing the best customer experience in products and services. Please don't be hesitant to send your concerns to hello@thedewology.com We are always working towards improving to provide the best service to our community. 

If you received wrong or defective items, please send an email to hello@thedewology.com with pictures and we will fully be responsible for the return shipping fee and give you a full refund.

We accept unopened, unused products as a return within 14days of receipt. For sheet masks, we will accept the rest of the masks if you didn't like the first one. Please note that more than one used is not acceptable. 🙏

We offer free return on the items that you are dissatisfied with. Please send us an email to hello@thedewology.com to get the free return slip. Return slip will be free shipping label but we won't be able to reimburse the original shipping fee. 

Return method will be via store credit (gift cards) or refund to originally used credit/debit card.

Yes! As long as the product is unused, we can offer an exchange service.

However, a shipping fee for the returning items will be a burden on customers. Please send an email to hello@thedewology.com and we will walk you through the process!

🇺🇸 For Free Shipping in U.S.: 
YES! We offer free shipping on orders over $100.

🇨🇦 For Canada : US$ 120 or more qualifies free shipping. Otherwise, $17.50 flat rate. Any custom fees (ie. handling fees) is paid by customers.

For Other Countries 🌎: US$ 200 or more qualifies free shipping. If theres any duties and custom applied, it will be paid by customers.

We ship out from Monday to Friday as soon as the order has confirmed. And standard shipping for U.S. will take 2-6 business days. For Canada and other countries, it will take 6-14 business days. You also have options to choose 2 day shipping on the checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information.
